Once your order is placed, you have 30 minutes to cancel
by yourself the order and be refunded or reorder.

After this period, the order will be shipped and cannot be canceled.
After this period, no refunds - gift cards only.

Products must be returned in good condition within 14 days of receipt to our store:

After posting your return, you must write us an email at
ouatedephoqueshop@gmail.com with the subject “return”
Next, mention which items are being returned.

You must also attach the tracking number of your shipment.

We will send you a gift card for the value of the return so that you can place a new order.

This aims to serve you more quickly.

Return costs are assumed by the customer and delivery costs
Initial fees are not refundable since this is a service rendered.

Special orders are final sales and are non-refundable.
