Delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Weather conditions, general stock shortages or even peak periods can lengthen delivery times.

In case of out of stock, ODP undertakes to contact you as soon as possible and to inform you of possible delays.

The buyer assumes the risk of loss as soon as the package is handed over to the courier who will ensure delivery.

Unless there is a delivery error, delivery charges are non-refundable.

Once your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to make a change to your order. (size, color, quantity)

After this time, the order will be shipped and cannot be cancelled.
