Returns & Exchanges

Once your order has been placed, you have 2 hours to make a change to your order. (size, color, quantity)

In parallel with our satisfaction policy, all purchases made on the "ODP" site can be returned or exchanged in the event of dissatisfaction.

The product must be in good condition, unworn and unwashed.

The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. We will bear the cost of the new shipment if it is an exchange.

Unless there is a delivery error, the initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

*If it is an exchange, please indicate which product you would like to receive on a small piece of paper in the package as well as your order number.

Please note that no exchange in person is possible without prior notice.

By purchasing on the ODP site, the customer accepts these conditions.
